Sweet Potato Chips

I often get asked how I make my sweet potato chips so I thought it would be a good idea to share the recipe with you! I love these. I really do! They are just so delicious.

What you need (serves 2)

2 large sweet potatoes
1-1/2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt

What to do

  1. Cut your sweet potato up into chips. Make sure they are of a similar size and shape so they cook fairly evenly.
  2. Pop them on a line baking tray.
  3. Pour your melted coconut oil on top and add all the spices and seasonings.
  4. Get your hands in there and really mix them well. Make sure they are all covered with all the good stuff. Once that is done space them out so they aren’t overlapping.
  5. Pop them in the oven at 200°C and cook for 30 minutes. Check them at this point and decide if you want them a little crispier!
