Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pancakes

Thick chocolatey peanut buttery pancakes? What more could you want. This chocolate peanut protein from JST Jodie is seriously so tasty and it makes such a thick batter that makes the pancakes so fluffy and delicious! The taste of peanut butter is so strong too!

What you need (serves 1)

Pancake batter:

1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop JST Jodie chocolate peanut butter lean protein
1 egg
A squeeze agave
A splash unsweetened almond milk to get the desired consistency

For the top:

Blueberries,
Banana
Fage 0% fat greek yoghurt
Dr Zaks high protein salted caramel peanut butter
Muscle food peanut butter puffs
Cacao nibs

What to do

Simply blitz all the ingredients for the pancake batter in a NutriBullet or food processor. Heat a pan with a little coconut oil and fry on a medium heat until you see little bubbles forming on the top of the pancake (that means it is ready to flip!)
Turn over and fry on the other side until ready. Repeat with the rest of your mix and then top with lots of delicious goodies!
