Chocolate Avocado Mousse

A completely healthy guilt free chocolate mousse!

What you need (serves 1)

1 banana
1/4 avocado
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 tbsp cacao
A squeeze of agave
A little unsweetened almond milk to blend

What to do

Blend all the ingredients in a NutriBullet or food processor. Pop the mixture into ramekins and put into the fridge to set. Top with whatever your heart desires. Here I added chopped peanuts, raspberries and Sweet Freedom Choc Shot.
