Buckwheat Crêpes

A classic crêpe recipe made with buckwheat flour. These are topped with organic hazelnut and chocolate spread, banana, Sweet Freedom chocolate orange shot, cacao and tangerine granola. You can top with whatever you wish and you could even omit the coconut sugar to make savoury crêpes.

What you need (serves 1)

1 whole egg
100ml milk
50g buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut sugar

What to do

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk with an electric whisk.

2. Greased a nonstick pan and warm it over medium heat.

3. Pour a thin layer of batter into your pan and cook until golden (about 1 minute on each side).

4. Add your toppings. Go crazy!
